Do we really know?

We are all born with a built-in alarm that alerts us when we do wrong?? When someone wrongs us, do we accept and are we sure this person really knows/believes he/she is doing wrong. Do we unintentionally sin? No more excuses either way as we must accept responsibility for our wrongs. If someone says "your words or behaviour cause me pain or discomfort; then the next words, questions, unsolicited comments, gestures almost any reaction other than silent waiting or simple departing, are really intentional hurts (we have been told and quiet we must be, or decide to inflict more pain). Romans 2:16 "And this is the message I proclaim-that the day is coming when God, through Jesus Christ, will judge every one's secret life!" He knows our motives-ARE THEY unselfish loving pure and honest? If not they are surely related to our will and not God's!!

Sharing The Burden holds 12 Step Spiritual Recovery meetings (Bible based) at two locations. We believe that the 12 steps taken from scripture, demonstrate a better way of life for all people of all walks of life. Many of us have found solutions that lead to serenity in our lives. We hope you will come and find out whether our program is for you. There is no qualification for membership and we are self supporting through our own voluntary contributions. Simply put, if you think you could feel better about life, maybe you will benefit by taking the twelve steps with us.
